Sleepless

My meds make me wide awake, and yet I still hurt. It's 2:26 am. I try breathing techniques, spooning, pretending I'm a bag of sand that's draining sway and making my muscles tingly or a ballon floating away. No good plus I get so thirsty and drink a lot of water during the night. 

Although yesterday was productive. I vacuumed. Practiced my piano (I'll be pro before I know it). Started to sew a Christmas stocking, as I have a new daughter in-law. Repairing the old ones. I took all of my books out of my shelf and cleaned it. Yea me!  I am still hurting from leaning against he couch arm with my middle back. It's been four days now. Ready for it to stop. It's in the area of my shunt and the no vertebrae. Whine, whine. I also took the dog for her walk and did dishes. 

It was so beautiful out. It's good Annie insists on a walk.

Annie had her stitches out and she is groomed.

Doesn't she look like they shaved 10 years off?

I am a Mormon, a Latter Day Saint, or the official title is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I don't shy from it. I don't throw it in any one's face either.

Annie & foxtale

My poor lil' Arff~N~Annie. At some point she tangled with the wrong weed and the foxtale won. Infection, sedation, surgery, and drugs.  

First day after surgery. She missed 2 meals because she was sick. I knew she was getting better when she started to bark at the neighbors. 

I went to the Dentist

I called the Dentist and they had me come right in. They decided my bite wasn't right. A little sanding and I'm fixed!  

So happy. 

Have any of you ever put something off because of your own self imposed fear?  Then it turned that the fret was worse than reality. Share your fret with me 

Cheerios

I went to make some breakfast. Grabbed the Cheerios and went to set the canister on the counter. As is typical in my preparation of meals, I dropped it. Annie did her best to help clean up the mess :)
